Popular television actress Sanaya Irani has shared a heartfelt message for her husband, actor Mohit Sehgal, as he celebrated his 40th birthday. She described this milestone as a celebration of love, companionship, and shared journeys.
In an Instagram post, Sanaya noted that while her birthday wish was a bit late, it was filled with emotions that would last a lifetime. She also highlighted an 11-day trip they had planned at the last minute, calling it a fun and memorable experience that marked the special occasion in their unique way.
Alongside a series of images from their getaway, Sanaya wrote: “11 days late but a lifetime of love ahead. 11 days of such a fun trip planned at the very last minute. But like they say better late than never.”
She continued with an emotional note: “Happy 40th Birthday to the man I choose, every single day. Here’s to this beautiful milestone, to growing older together, and to chasing sunsets, new places, and endless adventures around the world hand in hand. I love you.”
Sanaya made her acting debut in the Hindi film Fanaa in 2006 and later appeared on television in Left Right Left in 2007. She is widely recognized for her roles as Gunjan Bhushan Shergill in Miley Jab Hum Tum, Khushi Gupta Raizada in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?, and Parvati Chauhan Ranawat in Rangrasiya.
In 2015, she participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, finishing as the first runner-up. She later joined Nach Baliye in 2017 with her husband Mohit Sehgal, where they secured the position of second runner-up.
Sanaya and Mohit first met on the sets of Miley Jab Hum Tum and began dating soon after. They announced their relationship on November 19, 2010, which was the last day of the series’ shoot. The couple got engaged in 2015 and tied the knot in 2016.
