Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson joined Lilly Allen, 40, to perform “Madeline” from her latest album, ‘West End Girl.’

In this song, the narrator confronts a woman named Madeline who had an affair with her husband, as reported by ‘People’ magazine. Johnson returned to Studio 8H for a special episode of ‘Saturday Night Live’, with Josh O’Connor as the host and Lilly Allen as the musical guest.

I had to stick to the lines because they were written by Jaideep Sahni, and it was made sure that his lines were never changed. So, I had to work within a lot of confines. Then we had Shimit Amin, who was very particular about what he wanted. There were takes on, takes on, takes on, takes on, where he would make sure that he got exactly what he wanted, and he would not let go until he got it.”

He further elaborated, “So you got to be more in the skin of this character because over years and depending on how many episodes there are, it can shift. But I think it’s not just for an actor. I think primarily it’s at the writing stage as they kind of are the architects of the ship. So, they build that character in detail.
