Soha Ali Khan’s workout becomes a playful puppy chase adventure

Actress Soha Ali Khan is well-known for her dedication to fitness and her regular gym sessions. However, sometimes her workout plans turn into a playful escapade with her pets.

Recently, Soha shared a video on social media that captures the relatable struggle of being a pet parent. In the clip, she is seen being playfully chased by her dog, both while preparing for her gym session and during her workout.

“Gym plan: lift weights. Reality: chase puppy energy (Dog face and laughing with tears emojis),” she captioned the amusing post. The video features AC/DC’s “Are You Ready” as its background score.

For those who may not know, Soha is a proud pet parent to two dogs named Masti and Mishti, along with a rescue dog named Nimki. Her social media is filled with insights into her intense and motivating workout routines.

A few days back, Soha humorously pointed out that her trainer seems to be a bit confused between strength training and survival training. She posted a video showcasing her recent workout session, which resembled combat training more than anything else. The clip includes her performing challenging exercises, such as rolling on the floor with weights and executing leg raises while gripping a bar.

In a light-hearted manner, she quipped about her trainer in the caption, saying, “I think my trainer is confusing strength training with survival training! #workout #fitness #survival (sic).”

Soha also took a moment to celebrate her mother, Sharmila Tagore’s birthday, which took place on December 8. Sharing a photo from the birthday festivities on Instagram, she wrote, “My amma on her birthday – missed you Apa @sabapataudi! (sic).”

Saba reacted in the comments, expressing her sadness at missing the celebration due to surgery, but conveyed her happiness for Soha and the family’s joyful celebration. “Missed being there sohe bia but surgery had to happen n missed ma here too. She got stuck but I’m happy you guys made it and she enjoyed her birthday! Love u all. See u soon inshallah,” she wrote.

  • Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Parasakthi’ Unveils Third Single ‘Nammakaana Kaalam’ – Listen Now!

Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Parasakthi’ Unveils Third Single ‘Nammakaana Kaalam’ – Listen Now!

The makers of director Sudha Kongara’s highly anticipated period film, ‘Parasakthi’, featuring actor Sivakarthikeyan in the lead, have unveiled the inspiring third single titled ‘Nammakaana Kaalam’. This release has delighted fans and film enthusiasts alike.

    New Musical Release

Dawn Pictures, the film’s production house, shared the announcement on X, stating, “A song that cheers us, our time, our joy. #Parasakthi third single out now. Namakkana Kaalam (Tamil). Janjara Janjaraja (Telugu). A @gvprakash musical, in Cinemas for Pongal.”

‘Nammakaana Kaalam’, a celebratory anthem, has music composed by G V Prakash Kumar and is sung by Haricharan, Nakash Aziz, and Velmurugan, with lyrics penned by Arivu.

    Cultural Significance

Notably, certain phrases in the song highlight the importance of standing up for one’s language. This has led to speculation among industry insiders that the film may address the language issues that significantly affected the state during the 1960s and 1970s.

    Progress on Film Production

Sivakarthikeyan began dubbing for the film in the last week of November. A video released by Dawn Pictures showed him dubbing under the guidance of director Sudha Kongara, accompanied by the caption, “When his voice turns into a storm. @sivakarthikeyan begins dubbing for #Parasakthi – Coming to theatres on January 14th.”

Actress Sreeleela, who plays the female lead, and actor Ravi Mohan, who portrays the antagonist, have both completed their dubbing. Notably, Sreeleela has dubbed in her own voice for her role.

    Shooting Wrap-Up

The makers confirmed on October 21 that shooting for the film had wrapped, and the Pollachi schedule was completed in August. This particular schedule, which began on July 18, included some crucial sequences, although Sivakarthikeyan joined the unit slightly later.

Previously, the first schedule of ‘Parasakthi’ took place in Madurai, followed by the second schedule in Sri Lanka. The recent Pollachi schedule marked the third.

    Plot Insights

‘Parasakthi’ has generated significant interest among fans and film lovers. Set in the 1960s in the then state of Madras, the film also features Atharvaa.

A teaser reveals that the story unfolds at Pachaiyappa’s college in Madras, where Sivakarthikeyan’s character is depicted as a fearless leader seeking to rally students for a protest against an oppressive system, challenging orders such as ‘Students – do not touch’. This command is later altered to ‘Do not touch students’ in the teaser.

The teaser further indicates that Ravi Mohan’s character aims to kill Sivakarthikeyan’s character.

    Final Notes

Tentatively referred to as #SK25, marking Sivakarthikeyan’s 25th film, ‘Parasakthi’ features music by G V Prakash and cinematography by renowned cameraman Ravi K Chandran. Action scenes are choreographed by Supreme Sundar. The film is set to be released on January 14 next year, coinciding with the festival of Pongal.

  • Leonardo DiCaprio: Why I’d Never Choose to Direct a Film

Leonardo DiCaprio: Why I’d Never Choose to Direct a Film

Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio has revealed that he has no plans to transition to directing in the near future.

During a conversation with acclaimed filmmaker Martin Scorsese at TIME magazine’s A Year in TIME event, DiCaprio expressed that he lacks the desire to direct, primarily because he feels he could never reach Scorsese’s level of greatness. “Some people have asked me if I wanted to direct. I’m like, ‘I would never want to direct. I could never do anything close to what Martin Scorsese does. Why would I do that?’” he stated.

The One Battle After Another star mentioned that he sometimes wishes he had taken a step back during past films to fully observe the filmmaking process. “You play these characters, you try to get into the depth of their soul as much as you possibly can. And I would’ve loved to be much more of a voyeur … to watch what you (Scorsese) do behind the camera,” he admitted.

Looking back, he expressed a desire to have observed the behind-the-scenes process in greater detail. DiCaprio, who has collaborated on six films with Scorsese to date, described their unique creative dynamic, emphasizing the months of preparation and discussion that precede shooting.

“That’s been our process a lot, I think, working together … the ability to almost have a debate for months before and lots of questions, and lots of playing devil’s advocate about a way to approach things that may not be the most obvious direction,” he shared. He added, “We’re doing that on the new film that we’re doing now, but it’s been absolutely one of the most profound learning experiences.”

Working with Scorsese has been one of the “proudest moments” of DiCaprio’s career. “I grew up watching movies very young — wanting to be an actor. My father brought me to see Marty’s work, along with Mr. (Robert) De Niro’s, and said, ‘If there’s anyone you want to strive to work with in your career, now that you have the capability of doing movies, it’s with this gentleman.’ So I got to see Marty’s work very, very early on,” he reflected.

DiCaprio and Scorsese first teamed up for the 2002 film Gangs of New York. Their subsequent collaborations include notable films like The Aviator, The Departed, and Killers of the Flower Moon. Currently, the pair is working on their seventh movie, What Happens at Night, in which DiCaprio stars opposite Jennifer Lawrence, adapting a Peter Cameron novel.

Ankita brought charm to this memorable number with her expressive dancing. She expressed her joy at being an ’80s child, stating that music from that era was not just listened to but felt deeply.

Reflecting on the magic of the 80s and 90s, the ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actress commented, “Is generation ko sound milega, par woh feeling nahi. Grateful to be an 80s child, kyunki wahin se sapne delhna aur seekhna shuru hua Aur main… aaj bhi seekh rahi hoon.”

“Palki Mein Hoke Sawaar” is a well-loved track from the 1993 film “Khal Nayak,” featuring Sanjay Dutt in the lead role.

  • George Clooney explains why he stopped ‘kissing girls’ in movies

George Clooney explains why he stopped ‘kissing girls’ in movies

English star George Clooney has announced that after discussing his age with his wife, Amal Clooney, he will no longer be “kissing girls” in movies.

“I’ve been trying to go the route Paul Newman did — ‘Okay, well, I’m not kissing a girl anymore,’” Clooney, 64, shared in an interview. He added, “When I turned 60, I had a conversation with my wife. I said, ‘Look, I can still play basketball with the boys. I play with 25-year-old guys. I can still hang, I’m in shape. But in 25 years, I’m 85 years old. It doesn’t matter how many granola bars you eat, that’s a real number.’”

Clooney has built a successful career as one of Hollywood’s most beloved romantic leads. His filmography includes notable romance films like “One Fine Day” featuring Michelle Pfeiffer, “Out of Sight” with Jennifer Lopez, “Up in the Air” alongside Vera Farmiga, and “Ticket to Paradise” opposite Julia Roberts.

This recent decision may not come as a surprise; back in March, he mentioned to 60 Minutes that he was stepping away from “romantic films” altogether to pave the way for a new generation of leading men. “Look, I’m 63 years old. I’m not trying to compete with 25-year-old leading men,” he stated. “That’s not my job. I’m not doing romantic films anymore.”

Reflecting on his earlier experiences, Clooney recounted to the New York Times that he faced criticism regarding his on-screen kissing technique right from the beginning of his career. “I remember early on in my career, I had to do a kissing scene with this girl and the director goes, ‘Not like that.’ And I was like, ‘Dude, that’s my move! That’s what I do in real life!’”

  • Shia LaBeouf spotted with a clean-shaven look during his latest outing

Shia LaBeouf spotted with a clean-shaven look during his latest outing

Hollywood actor Shia LaBeouf has undergone yet another transformation, debuting a clean-shaven look that caught attention recently.

The 39-year-old star was photographed in public for the first time in months on December 12. He showcased a shaved head and face while out in Los Angeles. The last public appearance LaBeouf made was during the London premiere of his latest film, Salvable, over the summer.

At the July 8 event, LaBeouf had a longer, slicked-back hairstyle along with a significant mustache. In his latest outing, the actor donned a red graphic T-shirt, black joggers, and sneakers, all while engaged in a phone conversation and holding a to-go coffee cup.

According to reports, during the London premiere of Salvable, LaBeouf opted for a similarly casual appearance, wearing an oversized button-up shirt paired with shorts, socks, and sandals on the red carpet.

The last time the Transformers star was seen in formal attire was in May when he attended the 2025 Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of Slauson Rec, a documentary detailing his contentious acting school—one of several controversies surrounding his career in recent years.

In 2020, LaBeouf’s ex-girlfriend, FKA twigs, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing him of “relentless” sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, along with claims that he knowingly transmitted a sexually transmitted disease to her.

LaBeouf denied all assault allegations. FKA twigs dropped the lawsuit in July, and the couple, who began dating after she was cast in his film Honey Boy in 2018, reached an undisclosed settlement before the trial, initially scheduled for September.

“Committed to forging a constructive path forward, we have agreed to settle our case out of court,” the pair stated in a joint statement released through their respective attorneys. “While the details of the settlement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success, and peace in the future.”
