Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s Chupke Chupke is all set to remake

Every fan of Bollywood will agree that Chupke Chupke is one of the Hindi comedy movies. Directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee starring Dharmendra, Amitabh Bachchan, Sharmila Tagore, and Jaya Bachchan was a huge hit then and now it is ready to remake of Chupke Chupke.

Rajkumar Rao will soon be seen putting his foot in Dharmendra’s shoes in the remake of the classic film ‘Chupke Chupke’. The actor will start shooting for the film in March 2021.

Meanwhile, Rajkumar has some interesting projects in his hand including Anurag Basu’s ‘Ludo’ which is ready to be released on the OTT platform. The film also stars Aditya Roy Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Sheikh, and Abhishek Bachchan. Besides this, he will also be seen in the film ‘Badhai Do’ starring Bhumi Pednekar.

According to a report in the Mumbai Mirror, the remake of ‘Chupke Chupke’ will roll out in March next year. The screenplay has gone through some rewrites as the roll makers are determined to do just like the original. The producers are in talks with several actors to play the role of Parimal in the role of Sukumar, a professor of English masquerade and are trying to teach botany, originally composed by Amitabh Bachchan. The cast of the remake is expected to be finalized by December this year.
