‘Scam 1992’ conquered the #1 in IMDB; Beats Breaking Bad, Chernobyl, GOT

On this amount of population Indians can create history at any moment. Scam 1992: The Harshad Maheta Story, based on the stock market’s scam of Crores grabbed the #1 spot on IMDB’s ‘Top rated Tv show’s list’.

It was dropped on October 9, at an OTT platform on SonyLIV. And now this show is having a 10-star rating over 16k times, with an average score of 9.6/10. This proved that Indian content can beat any international views over a night.  it has left behind the stellar ratings of other popular shows like Breaking Bad, Planet Earth II, Chernobyl, Game of Thrones.

It became more successful than GoT which has 9.2 ratings, Chernobyl with 9.4 ratings, Breaking Bad at 9.5, and Planet Earth II with a close 9.5 ratings on IMDb.

The Scam : The Harshad Mehta Story is directed by Hansal Mehta and the story is about the biggest scam in stock market, India. The man Harshad Mehta, known face of stock exchange introduced the word ‘scam ‘  to Indian ‘Janta’. The series is divided into 10 with marvellous 50 minutes episode each. Audience is very much pleased with the content and they are praising it like proud.
