One wonderful energy enhancing drink that is prepared from the grounding of fried beans and then by mixing with nearby boiling water is the most popular drink in the world, coffee. Surprisingly, however, several studies have shown that coffee drinkers have a 65% lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease. D) Again, Parkinson’s disease, the second most common neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement, often including tremors. However, it has been found that coffee drinkers have a 60% lower risk of developing Parkinson’s disease.
  5. Lower risks of having heart disease and stroke: It’s being claimed that caffeine may raise blood pressure. While this is true, with an increase of only 3-4 mm / Hg, the effect is petty and usually disappears if you drink coffee regularly. In contrast, studies have shown that coffee drinkers have a lower risk of heart disease and coffee drinkers have a 20% lower risk of stroke.

  7. Live a little longerSeveral studies show that coffee drinkers live longer and have a lower risk of premature death. A survey of nearly half-a-million British adults found that coffee drinkers had a slightly lower risk of death during the 10-year follow-up period than non-coffee drinkers.

But in addition to serving mankind with that heavenly benefit, coffee can also leave risk factors for the body. As you go, coffee can prolong longevity, but overdose is no good. So you should definitely not drink too much coffee. It can arouse insomnia and restlessness. And more importantly, pregnant women must not drink coffee.
