Malayalam Actor Tovino Thomas still in ICU
A famous Malayalam film actor Tovino Thomas recently got admitted to a private hospital in Kochi. The actor was shooting for his next action movie titled Kala where an incident took place which contributed to this injury. During the filming of an action sequence, this accident took place. For the first two days, he ignored this but on the third day, he complained of intolerable stomach pain and had to be immediately taken to a hospital. He was kept in the intensive care unit( ICU). Fans immediately got worried hearing this news and started praying for the fast recovery of the actor. As per reports, he sustained some internal injuries while shooting for the action sequence. Yesterday it was announced that he will continue to stay in ICU for another two days for observation and after that his health updates will be made available to the press.
The health bulletin given by the hospital stated that “Actor Tovino Thomas was brought in to our Accident & Emergency department at 11.15 am on 07.10.2020 with c/o severe abdominal pain. He was immediately taken up for CT angiogram which revealed mesenteric hematoma (blood clots). Since there was no active bleeding, he was shifted to ICU for 48 hrs observation. His blood counts were elevated and he is being treated with appropriate antibiotics.”
However, some close sources revealed that he has no health complications as of now. Let’s hope for his speedy recovery.
