Sab Tv hit show Tenali Rama goes off air in November, having completed three years of a successful run.  The decision has been taken rather abruptly, though the rumors were doing rounds for quite some time.

Krishna Bharadwaj, who plays the lead in the Sab Tv Tenali Rama show, said in a statement that these three years have been very entertaining and he has become completely immersed in the role. He plans to take a six-month gap before starting his next venture in which he would appear in a different avatar.

Tarun Khanna, who essays the character of Raja Krishnadevaraya was rather uninformed about the decision, he said in a statement that he had no idea why the makers took this decision but nevertheless the time spent in the show had been memorable for him. Apart from Krishna and Tarun,  Tenali Rama features Aasiya Kazi as the female lead and  Pankaj Berry as Tathacharya.
