Soha Ali Khan shares her favorite green juice recipe for a healthy start to the New Year!

As a New Year gift to her InstaFamily, actress Soha Ali Khan shared the recipe for her favourite green juice, which she enjoys most mornings.

This juice acts as a gentle daily support, providing essential hydration, fiber, minerals, and anti-inflammatory ingredients. It helps the body to function at its best. Soha usually drinks this beverage after breakfast and before lunch, as it aids her digestion, hormone balance, and sustained energy—especially on sluggish mornings.

Before making this juice, it’s important to gather all the necessary ingredients listed in her post:

    – ½ carrot
    – ½ cucumber
    – 2 stalks celery
    – ¼ cup coconut water
    – 1½ tsp chia seeds, soaked overnight
    – 1 small piece dragon fruit, cubed
    – ⅛ tsp fresh grated ginger
    – A handful of coriander leaves
    – 1 handful mung bean sprouts, lightly steamed
    – 1½ tsp hemp seeds
    – 1 handful baby greens / lettuce / microgreens (rotate these)

Saiyami Kher Welcomes New Year with Family, a Run, and Festivities by the Bonfire at Home

Saiyami Kher believes in starting the New Year close to home, surrounded by family and friends. Staying true to her tradition, the actress plans to kick off the day with a run before joining her loved ones for her customary New Year celebrations.

When asked about her plans, Saiyami shared, “New Year’s is always back at home with my family and friends. It’s a usual ritual. My friends and I lit a bonfire, had a barbecue, set up tents, and camp outside.”

This year, she is adding a fitness milestone to her festivities. Determined to wrap up the year on a high note, Saiyami disclosed her intention to run a total of 31 kilometers in the morning, followed by the usual celebrations.

“This New Year, I want to end on a high so I’m running the 31st kms in the morning followed by the usual ritual. Food, desserts, music, board games and camping (sic),” she mentioned.

On the professional front, Saiyami has recently completed shooting for “Haiwaan,” which stars Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film also features Sharib Hashmi. Shot in scenic locations like Kochi, Ooty, and Mumbai, it began filming in August and marks the reunion of Akshay and Saif after 18 years. The duo last collaborated in ‘Tashan,’ which was both a critical and commercial failure.

Additionally, Priyadarshan and Akshay Kumar are currently working on a project titled ‘Bhoot Bangla,’ a horror drama expected to release toward the end of 2025. This film will also reunite Akshay and Priyadarshan, a highly successful actor-director duo in Hindi cinema.

  • Amanda Seyfried Finds Uncanny Similarities with Co-Star Sydney in New Thriller The Housemaid

Amanda Seyfried Finds Uncanny Similarities with Co-Star Sydney in New Thriller The Housemaid

Hollywood actress Amanda Seyfried, who stars alongside Sydney in the mystery-thriller film The Housemaid, shares that she has a lot in common with her co-star. The “similarity” between them, she says, is “uncanny.”

    Uncanny Similarity

Seyfried commented, “There’s a similarity between us that is uncanny, and it’s really fun to work with people (who) are doing life in a similar way, have similar ideals about the job and life.”

    Challenging Role

In The Housemaid, Seyfried plays a housewife grappling with mental health issues, a challenging role she embraced. She noted, “You have to play it as realistic as possible because it needs to reflect real life.”

    Praise for Sydney

Earlier this month, Seyfried expressed her admiration for Sweeney, referring to her co-star as a “sweetheart.” She highlighted Sweeney’s ability to handle the pressures of fame and success, telling Vanity Fair: “I don’t envy anything she’s going through. I’ve spent a lot of time with her; we just hit it off immediately. She’s a kind person at her core. I have to be honest: I did not have a moment like she’s having ever.”

    Navigating Fame

Seyfried also commented on the challenges of sudden fame, referencing her friendship with Lindsay Lohan: “It’s really harmful to people to have that kind of overnight spotlight. Any press, good or bad, is still a blinding spotlight, and you have to maneuver and negotiate your way around it. It’s acrobatics that I don’t think most people can figure out at that age.”

    The Dangers of Fame

The actress believes that a quick rise to stardom can be “dangerous.” However, she admires how Sydney manages the additional attention. She explained, “It’s just dangerous, because when you have people idolising you and following you around—it can’t be good for your psyche. It can’t make you feel safe in the world.”

Seyfried concluded, “I actually admire the way Syd shows up for work. She always has a smile on her face, even if she’s miserable. I hope it doesn’t change. I hope she doesn’t harden. I just want to keep watching her work.” She expressed gratitude for the strong women and great actors she has worked with who have supported her throughout her career.

  • Sadie Sink Reflects on Openness and Bonding with ‘Stranger Things’ Cast: A Look Back at Her Journey

Sadie Sink Reflects on Openness and Bonding with ‘Stranger Things’ Cast: A Look Back at Her Journey

Actress Sadie Sink, known for her role as Max Mayfield in Stranger Things, has shared her journey of self-discovery. She reflects on how she was always “resistant” to opening up about herself when younger. However, she now feels grateful for that choice, believing it enhances the believability of her performances.

“When I was younger, I thought maybe I needed to be more open about who I was because there’s so much public interest. But I was always resistant, and now I’m really grateful because I’d rather people see me as Max than Sadie. If I can leave myself out of it, then I’ve done my job,” Sink explained in a conversation with Australia’s ELLE magazine.

Joining Stranger Things in its second season, Sink initially felt apprehensive about fitting in with the established cast. Looking back on old footage of her early days, she was filled with emotion at how quickly they bonded.

“My mum and I were just talking about it yesterday; we were going on a trip down memory lane and she showed me one of my favourite videos,” she recalled. “The boys are all in their Ghostbusters costumes and I’m in my Michael Myers (from Halloween) costume in the make-up trailer, and I think a Tears for Fears song is playing and we’re all dancing together—that was my first day of filming.”

The actress became emotional watching that video as she remembered how nervous she felt. “I remember feeling so nervous to be there, beyond being on a huge TV show, but with a group of established friends who loved each other so much, worrying about ‘Will I fit in?’ And now I see that I did. It’s such a precious video.”

As Stranger Things approaches its conclusion, Sadie believes that she will never fully “say goodbye” to her beloved character. “She’s such a huge part of me that I don’t think I can shrug her off. I could never say goodbye to her. I don’t need to play Max to know her. Saying goodbye to the show and cast was the harder part.”

  • Director Shankar Praises Debut Film ‘Sirai,’ Calling It an Emotional Masterpiece That Resonates Deeply

Director Shankar Praises Debut Film ‘Sirai,’ Calling It an Emotional Masterpiece That Resonates Deeply

Ace director Shankar has praised debut director Suresh Rajakumari’s critically acclaimed film ‘Sirai’, stating that it “really moved him to tears in many places.”

Taking to his X timeline, Shankar, a prominent figure in the Tamil and Telugu film industries, expressed his admiration: “#Sirai- Such a good film. Really moved me to tears in many places. Loved all the characters and their performances which stayed with me after the film.”

He also congratulated the film’s producer, stating, “My heartfelt wishes to the producer #SSLalitKumar for bringing us this gem. Director #SureshRajakumari imprisoned our hearts with his excellent debut. The message in the last scene was solid and very relevant. Tamil Cinema ending the year on a high note.”

‘Sirai’ has opened strongly at the box office and has received widespread acclaim from audiences. Cricketer Ravichandra Ashwin also expressed his appreciation for the film, saying, “Really liked the film a lot. It was a very gripping film. In today’s day and age, watching a film without touching one’s phone is a big thing. I did not touch my phone while watching this film completely. Fabulous acting actually — be it Vikram (Prabhu) and Akshay (Kumar) and all the cast members. The way they have built each character, it didn’t look like a hero’s film at all. It looked like everybody’s movie. It was very nice. Refreshing for Tamil cinema!”

For those unfamiliar, the gripping police drama features actors Vikram Prabhu and L K Akshay Kumar in lead roles. Producer S S Lalit Kumar, confident in the film’s success even before its release, presented a car to director Suresh Rajakumari to commend his efforts. The car was handed over to the director’s mother at a pre-release event, where ace director Vetrimaaran, who mentored Suresh Rajakumari, presented the key in the presence of several celebrities and media personnel.

The story, inspired by real-life incidents, was crafted by director Tamizh, known for the critically acclaimed film ‘Taanakaran’. It is believed that Tamizh developed this narrative based on personal experiences.

Suresh Rajakumari, a co-director for the well-known director Vetrimaaran, has both written and directed ‘Sirai’. Vikram Prabhu leads the cast, with actress Anantha playing his romantic interest. The film also marks the acting debut of producer S S Lalit Kumar’s son, L K Akshay Kumar, with actress Anishma as his co-star.

The film’s music is composed by renowned music director Justin Prabhakaran, with cinematography by Madesh Manickam and editing by acclaimed editor Philomin Raj. Stunt choreography was handled by Prabhu, and Arun K and Manikandan serve as the two executive producers.

Shooting locations for the film included diverse places such as Chennai, Sivagangai, and Vellore.

  • Cynthia Erivo calls herself “crazy” for avoiding plane food to protect her voice and keep hydrated.

Cynthia Erivo calls herself “crazy” for avoiding plane food to protect her voice and keep hydrated.

Actress-singer Cynthia Erivo describes herself as a “crazy person” for her strict travel habits, particularly when it comes to maintaining her voice. She revealed that she avoids eating anything on planes, opting to bring her own supplies to ensure she stays hydrated.

The 38-year-old star shared, “I’m always taking care of it. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I’m a crazy person. I don’t eat anything on planes. I bring everything with me: my tea, my water. Someone made a meme of the mug that I carry around because I have it with me everywhere.”

Erivo uses her specially curated mug in various colors, emphasizing, “I will not be without it because I want my tea to always be warm enough to hydrate me. That’s just how I exist. I will do whatever I need to make sure she’s okay — except apparently take a break,” she stated in an interview.

In addition to her travel habits, Erivo spoke about a special connection with her co-star, Ariana Grande, as they prepared to shoot the Wicked movies. She mentioned that they “made a pact” to support each other throughout the process.

We committed to protecting and caring for each other through this process. We often hear how female costars — or really, any costars — can sometimes let their egos get in the way until they battle each other, destroying the creative process for everyone involved. We were determined to do the opposite.”

The London-born actress feels a “strong synergy” with Grande, who has become a close friend. She expressed the importance of their partnership, stating, “We were always looking out for each other. Our partnership was important. We shared a strong synergy, a commitment to authenticity, and that, combined with the natural connection we fostered both on and off set, allowed us to support each other emotionally and professionally.”
