Sidharth tragically passed away in September 2021 due to a heart attack, while Shefali passed away in June this year. Talking about Ikkis, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda, along with notable performances from Jaideep Ahlawat and Sikander Kher. Ikkis is slated for release on January 1, 2026.

In a statement released to the media, the production house emphasized, “This is to formally inform the general public, members of the film fraternity, media, fans, and well-wishers that Mr. Shiyam Jack is not associated, either directly or indirectly, with Mr. Ravi Mohan, Ravi Mohan Studios, Ravi Mohan Foundation, or Ravi Mohan Fans Club in any capacity whatsoever.”

The statement further noted, “Any claims, representations, or communications made by Mr. Shiyam Jack implying such an association are false and unauthorized. The public is hereby advised not to contact, engage, coordinate, or transact with Mr. Shiyam Jack for any matters related to the above-mentioned individuals, organizations, or activities. Any dealings undertaken would be solely at one’s own risk and responsibility.”

Ravi Mohan Studios concluded the notice by saying, “This notice is issued in the interest of clarity and to prevent any misunderstanding or misuse of name, reputation, or goodwill.”

Meanwhile, in a video clip shared on his Instagram page, Ravi Mohan expressed gratitude for the past year. He remarked, “2025 was a very important year in my life. Jailed Kannada actor Darshan’s wife, Vijayalaxmi, has raised concerns over the Bengaluru Police’s inaction regarding her complaint against various social media accounts. She claims these accounts have been posting “abusive comments” directed at her.

Bengaluru Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh has denied her allegations, asserting that an investigation is actively ongoing. Vijayalaxmi met with Singh on Wednesday and subsequently shared her grievances on social media.

“My complaint has been completely neglected. I believe that the law is the same for everyone, but this experience has made me question that belief. This has come as a surprise to me,” she stated. She further highlighted, “Action was initiated within a day in another woman’s complaint. When I lodged a complaint, there has been no action, and I have been neglected.”

The situation echoed when Kannada actress and former Congress MP Ramya, also known as Divya Spandana, filed a complaint against Darshan’s fans after they issued rape threats to her for supporting the victim’s family in a murder case. The police acted swiftly in that situation and made arrests.

On social media, Vijayalaxmi expressed her frustration: “I have always believed that the system and the law are the same for everyone in our country. But honestly, this experience has made me question that belief. Even after follow-ups by my lawyers, there has been no action. Today, I had to personally go and remind them that I am still waiting for my complaint to even be looked into.”

She continued, “I truly hope this delay isn’t because of any external pressure or influence. Justice shouldn’t depend on who’s involved. And those backing or sheltering such behaviour – may be it’s time to put that energy into living better lives instead of blindly supporting such actions.” She concluded with a warning, saying, “I am still waiting. And I won’t just let this slide.”

Responding to the situation, Seemanth Kumar stated, “In my view, Vijayalaxmi’s allegations are false. The police are here for everyone, not for any particular group. We act strictly in accordance with the law. In this case, too, our personnel registered the case immediately. It was first handled at the CCB level, and the investigation is now underway at the DCP level.” He added that sometimes leads may come quickly, while at other times, there may be delays, emphasizing that the police cannot afford negligence.

Last week, Vijayalaxmi lodged a complaint at the Cyber Crime Police Station against multiple social media accounts for their abusive comments. She submitted a detailed complaint, including photographs, against 15 Instagram IDs along with more than 150 offensive comments. After filing her complaint, she exited the premises without addressing the media.

Additionally, she filed a complaint at the Bengaluru Police Commissioner’s office, providing screenshots of the hateful comments and the relevant account details, urging the authorities to take swift action. The inspector in the cybercrime division received her complaint and assured her that appropriate measures would be undertaken.

Later, Vijayalaxmi shared an Instagram story highlighting the issue, posting screenshots of the abusive comments and the accounts involved.
