Bollywood actresses Priyanka Chopra and Bipasha Basu have been swept up in a wave of nostalgia as their song “Teri Dulhan Sajaoongi” from the 2005 film “Barsaat” captures the attention of netizens, creating a fresh social media trend.

Priyanka shared an influencer’s video dancing to “Teri Dulhan Sajaoongi” in her Instagram Stories. Tagging her co-stars Bipasha and Bobby Deol, she commented, “Barsaat is the new trend? Seems like it (sic).”
In another post, she reshared the song on her Instagram Stories, playfully stating, “lol…babies @BipashaBasu.”
Bipasha replied by resharing Priyanka’s post and added, “and now Hot Mammas,” tagging PeeCee once again.
About the Film
The film “Barsaat,” featuring Priyanka, Bipasha, and Bobby in lead roles, is loosely inspired by the 2002 American film “Sweet Home Alabama.” Directed by Suneel Darshan, “Barsaat” was released on August 19, 2005.
The track “Teri Dulhan Sajaoongi” features vocals by Alka Yagnik, Kailash Kher, and Priyanka Chopra, with a composition by Nadeem Saifi and Shravan Rathod. The lyrics were penned by Sameer.
