DEEPIKA PADUKONE’S MANAGER KARISHMA PRAKASH GETS SUMMONED BY NCB YET AGAIN
Actress Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash has been, yet again summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Reportedly, the talent manager is untraceable as she failed to appear before the agency today.
Deepika Padukone and her talent manager Karishma Prakash were earlier summoned as well in September after their 2017 drug chats leaked. Previously during the interrogation of the drug peddlers, Karishma Prakash’s name was repeatedly coming to the surface.
Based on her continued presence in the drug case, the NCB conducted a raid at her house. After the raid on Tuesday, drugs were recovered from her house in Mumbai. Following this, the NCB sent her the summon, but she failed to appear.
Meanwhile, this is a developing story and has its roots from the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. His girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty was arrested earlier but was given bail a couple of weeks ago. After recording Rhea’s statement on the drug case, many big Bollywood stars also got summoned by NCB, including Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, and Rakul Preet Singh.
