On this day one can help raise awareness in society about what the body needs for a healthy lifestyle by raising awareness about healthy diet and nutrition. Education about healthy diet has increased and the foods that are good and bad for our body are the most basic and important knowledge. World Food Day gives us a great opportunity to learn more and be aware of it.

Rallies are not allowed in epidemics, but in other ways one can serve their best as a human being on this World Food Day. And thus can justify this year’s theme. “Growth, nourish, sustain. Together ” This is the main aim of this day is to reduce food security especially in times of crisis.
