Twinkle Khanna celebrated her birthday on December 29 and chose to spend it surrounded by loved ones in a unique way.
On her special day, the actress known for ‘Mela’ visited the Musée du Parfum in Paris with her husband, actor Akshay Kumar. During their visit, they discovered approximately 50 bottles of fragrances, including scents like vetiver, caramel, and ember. In a delightful experience, they even had the opportunity to craft their own fragrances. Twinkle named hers “Birthday Note.”
Sharing her experience on Instagram, Twinkle mentioned, “This year instead of blowing out candles, my birthday celebration entailed a lot of sniffing around. The family took me to the Musée du Parfum.” She further described their adventure: “We encountered over 50 glass bottles of fragrances like vetiver, caramel, oud, and amber. Then we each blended a unique perfume from the essences we loved. Mine was called Birthday Note. Scents carry memories, and this one will follow me to airports, old sweaters, and days when I want to remember my birthday in Marrakech.”
Wishing his beloved on her birthday, Akshay shared a humorous picture on social media, capturing Twinkle with a serious expression as she playfully aimed her leg at him during a stunt. Akshay, laughing and dressed in black alongside his wife, wrote, “Behind every action hero is a wife who can knock him out with one look, or one kick 😉 Mrs. Funnybones, you still hit me harder than any stunt ever did. Happy Birthday, love you.”
Kajol, Twinkle’s co-host from “Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle,” also extended her warm wishes. She referred to Twinkle as her “partner in crime” and shared a joyful image of the two smiling together, showcasing their close friendship.
