Filmmaker Subhash Ghai shared a heartfelt birthday wish for ‘Bandra Boy’ Salman Khan, who recently turned 60.
Reflecting on Khan’s immense love and dedication to his family and friends, Ghai emphasized that despite his monumental success in Bollywood, the ‘Sultan’ actor continues to live in a one BHK flat.
A tribute to Khan was also showcased as Ghai posted a video of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, which was beautifully illuminated for the occasion.
In his touching message, Ghai wrote, “A national super star shines today at Bandra Sea Link celebrating his 60th birthday being a Bandra boy since his birth. He has stayed with his family as his first love and did stand by them always. He is also a true friend of friends even in their bad times, when today it’s a transactional friendship in Mumbai…He still stays in one bedroom hall for decades (Hug emoji) amazing. (sic)”
Ghai referred to Khan as a “real HERO,” praising his innocence and righteousness. He expressed his affection by stating, “I love him like my family so he does. So me and my family wish him a very happy birthday with sincere blessings and much love. Stay long, stay healthy, stay happy, Dearest ladla…Subhash Ghai and family.”
For context, Ghai directed and produced “Yuvvraaj,” which featured Salman Khan back in 2008, alongside Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor, and Zayed Khan.
Salman celebrated his milestone birthday by cutting a cake with the paparazzi outside his farmhouse in Panvel. The festivities included family and friends from the industry, with his family members such as father Salim Khan, mother Salma Khan, sister Arpita Khan, and brother Arbaaz Khan all present.
Many celebrities, including Sanjay Dutt, Randeep Hooda, Genelia Deshmukh, MS Dhoni, Tabu, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Huma Qureshi, were also seen joining the celebration.
