Shakti Anand Gives Fans Fun Behind-the-Scenes Look at ‘Mahadev & Sons’ While Driving a Tractor

Television actor Shakti Anand recently shared a delightful behind-the-scenes moment from the sets of ‘Mahadev & Sons’. In a fun twist, he was spotted driving a tractor while shooting for the show.

Shakti took to Instagram to share a series of pictures of himself on the tractor, playfully remarking about “Mahadev taking the driver’s seat literally.” He wrote: “When your character needs to farm some drama… tractor time on the set! Career Highlights

Shakti Anand’s journey in television began when he received an offer to act in the iconic show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi while working as a medical examiner in Delhi. He also played a blind boy in the telefilm Nayan Jyoti.

In addition to his notable roles, Shakti and his wife Sai Deodhar participated in the first season of the celebrity dance show Nach Baliye. He is known for his character Shivam in the serial Godh Bharaai and has appeared in popular shows such as Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap and SuperCops vs Supervillains. Notably, he also portrayed Shiv in Gangaa and Emperor Balakumara in the popular Tenali Rama.

Recently, Shakti was seen playing Amber Singh in the show Channa Mereya. Since July 2025, he has reprised his role as Advocate Hemant Virani in the spiritual sequel of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi Reboot

In a previous post, Shakti shared a candid selfie from the sets of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, capturing the lighter side of filming. Despite the show’s intense melodrama, his post highlighted the camaraderie and fun moments off-screen. The sequel, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, premiered on 29 July 2025, featuring Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay reprising their roles as Tulsi and Mihir Virani, alongside a new generation of characters played by Rohit Suchanti, Tanisha Mehta, Shagun Sharma, and Aman Gandhi.
