Sara Ali Khan Remembers “Atrangi Re” as Her Best 2020 Moments on Its 4th Anniversary Celebration

Actress Sara Ali Khan recently reflected on her time shooting Aanand L. Rai’s romantic entertainer “Atrangi Re,” calling it the best part of her year in 2020 as the film celebrated its 4th anniversary on Wednesday.

Sara shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram Stories, describing the memories from the set as precious and everlasting. She posted a photo collage showcasing behind-the-scenes moments from “Atrangi Re.”

“4 years… How time flies sir @AanandLRai… Truly the best moments of 2020. I knew that then and such precious memories that I will cherish forever. I know that now,” Sara wrote.

The film, scripted by Himanshu Sharma and produced by T-Series Films, Colour Yellow Productions, and Cape of Good Films, also stars Dhanush and Akshay Kumar in significant roles.

“Atrangi Re” narrates the unique journey of Rinku Suryavanshi (played by Sara), who is deeply in love with a magician named Sajjad (played by Akshay). However, she finds herself in a complicated situation as she is coerced into marrying Dr. Vishu (played by Dhanush), who is already engaged to another woman.

Looking ahead, Sara will appear alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and Wamiqa Gabbi in Mudassar Aziz’s film “Pati Patni Aur Woh Do.”

This upcoming movie is a sequel to the 2019 drama “Pati Patni Aur Woh,” which featured Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday. It is slated for release in cinemas on March 4, 2026.

The makers announced the cast and release date on social media, stating, “Har pati ki hoti hai, apni ek aflatoon duniya… Jo unko bhale hi satati ho, magar hum sabki badha hasati hai!
