Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor and his wife Alia Bhatt have returned to Mumbai after their New Year vacation. On Wednesday, the couple was spotted at the Mumbai airport, greeted warmly by media personnel.
Ranbir smiled for the cameras as he sat inside his car with Alia, both opting for a casual look. Ranbir wore a solid black T-shirt paired with pants and completed his outfit with a cap, while Alia looked stunning in a white kaftan dress.
Earlier, Alia shared her first social media post of 2026, a touching tribute to her fairytale life with Ranbir and their daughter, Raha. The post featured a delightful photo of Alia dressed as a fairy godmother in a white dress, holding a wand, while Ranbir joyfully held little Raha in the air. All three twinned in white, offering a lovely glimpse from their New Year getaway.
Many netizens showered love on the post, with comments like “What a happy family,” “Heart is so full, such a beautiful frame,” and “Pics like these make me forget every other complaint I keep having.”
Alia and Ranbir welcomed the New Year along with their little bundle of joy during their vacation to a yet undisclosed location.
On the work front, both Alia and Ranbir will share screen space in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-anticipated love saga, “Love & War,” which also stars Vicky Kaushal. This film is set to revolve around a dramatic wartime love triangle, delving into the tension between duty and desire. It is believed that the project draws inspiration from the classic Bollywood film “Sangam,” featuring Ranbir’s grandfather, Raj Kapoor, along with Vyjayanthimala and Rajendra Kumar.
Additionally, Alia is set to showcase her action-packed side in the latest installment of the YRF spy universe, titled “Alpha,” where she will star alongside Sharvari. This project will mark the first female-led action film in the spy universe.
