Global sensation Priyanka Chopra is set to venture into new territory with her upcoming swashbuckler action thriller, “The Bluff,” where she will portray the fierce pirate Ercell Bodden.

With the premiere slated for February 25 on the OTT platform Prime Video, Priyanka decided to give her fans a sneak peek of her highly anticipated project.

Posting several stills from “The Bluff” on her Instagram, she captioned, “Mother. Protector. Pirate. Meet Bloody Mary #TheBluff | Feb. 25, 2026 Only on @PrimeVideo @KarlUrban @primemovies.(sic)”.

In the images, PeeCee appears battle-ready, showcasing a fierce and blood-soaked avatar reminiscent of her days as a feared pirate. However, her character now embodies a softer side as a mother.

The journey of Ercell Bodden is depicted as she transitions from fighting in the battlegrounds to cherishing time with her family, making her role both physically and emotionally challenging.

Reacting to the first look of Priyanka from the film, her husband, singer and actor Nick Jonas, expressed his excitement on Instagram Stories, stating, “Can’t wait for the world to see how absolutely incredible @priyankachopra is in this movie.(sic)”.

Set in the late 1800s, “The Bluff” follows Ercell Bodden, a former pirate famously known as “Bloody Mary.” After escaping her ruthless crew and building a new life as a mother in the Cayman Islands, her past resurfaces, haunting her once again.

When her former crew tracks her down, she is forced to confront the violent world she thought she had left behind.

Produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO Studios in collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios, “The Bluff” also features Temuera Morrison as Quartermaster Lee, Captain Connor’s gold-hungry consigliere, along with Ismael Cruz Córdova, Safia Oakley-Green, Zach Morris, David Field, and Vedanten Naidoo in significant roles.
