Actress Ishita Dutta looked back at the year 2025, which gifted her the joy of motherhood with the arrival of her daughter, Veda.
Reflecting on a Memorable Year
Commemorating a year that was simultaneously exhausting and beautiful, Ishita shared her thoughts on Instagram: “2025….Celebrating an amazing, exhausting, tough yet beautiful year… It tested me, shaped me, and helped me bounce back stronger.”
This year was particularly significant for Ishita, marking her journey through pregnancy, delivery, and the joyous welcome of her baby girl. It also saw her return to the silver screen with “De De Pyaar De 2.”
Cherishing Special Moments
“A baby, getting back to work, family time, and countless memories…You’ll always be special for giving me the best gift—my daughter. Thank you for everything,” Ishita expressed.
In June, Ishita and her actor husband, Vatsal Sheth, embraced parenthood for the second time. They joyfully announced the news on social media, posting a picture of Ishita cradling their newborn while Vatsal and their son Vaayu posed next to them.
“From two to four hearts beating as one. Our family is now complete. Blessed with a baby girl,” the caption read.
Celebration of Tradition
Recently, Ishita and Vatsal celebrated Veda’s “Annaprashan,” marking her first taste of solid food. Sharing photos from the traditional Bengali ceremony, the ‘Drishyam’ actress wrote, “Veda’s first taste of rice, wrapped in blessings, love, and tradition. Bengali Annaprashan.”
For this special occasion, Ishita wore a beautiful saree, while Vatsal and Vaayu matched in yellow kurtas and white pajamas. Family members, including both Ishita and Vatsal’s parents, showered love on the little one during the ceremony.
The celebrations included a cake featuring a little girl sitting in front of a plate of food, adding to the joy of the event.
