Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh, along with the talented musician duo Sachet-Parampara, is set to capture hearts once again with his latest track, “Ishq Da Chehra,” from the highly anticipated film “Border 2.”

The makers of “Border 2” recently took to social media to unveil this melodious track, featuring vocals by Diljit, Sachet Tandon, and Parampara Tandon. Production house T-Series Films shared a sneak peek of the song on Instagram, captioning it: “Ishq da yaara naam suna tha, tujhse mila toh main hua roobaroo! #IshqDaChehra out now!”

A Soulful Melody

“Ishq Da Chehra” is a heartfelt romantic melody that delves into the emotional landscape of the film. It beautifully shifts focus from the battlefield to the hearts of soldiers, showcasing personal bonds that empower them beyond the frontlines.

Through poignant montages, the track reveals the tender, intimate moments shared by characters played by Diljit, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, and Sunny Deol with their partners. This highlights love as a significant anchor amid duty and sacrifice.

The song is composed by the celebrated duo Sachet-Parampara, with touching lyrics penned by Kausar Munir.

“Ishq Da Chehra” weaves together the narratives of Sunny Deol and Mona Singh, Varun Dhawan and Medha Rana, Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa, and Ahan Shetty and Anyaa Singh, adding depth to the film’s emotional context.

“Border 2,” according to Varun Dhawan, is inspired by the 1971 war and based on true events. The film is presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series in association with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Films. With a robust production team that includes Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, the film is directed by Anurag Singh.

Set to release on January 23, “Border 2” carries forward the legacy of J.P. Dutta’s iconic blockbuster “Border,” which debuted in 1997, featuring an impressive ensemble cast that includes Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Puneet Issar, Sudesh Berry, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda in pivotal roles, alongside Tabu, Pooja Bhatt, Rakhee Gulzar, Sharbani Mukherjee, Sapna Bedi, and Rajiv Goswami.
