Actor Ahan Shetty is set to collaborate with actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh for the first time in the upcoming war drama “Border-2.” He expressed gratitude towards Diljit for his unwavering support throughout this journey.
On his Instagram Stories, Ahan shared a delightful video of Diljit feeding him cake while wearing a big smile.
Wishing Diljit a happy birthday, Ahan wrote, “Happy birthday @diljitdosanjh sir. Thank you for always being so kind and supportive throughout this journey. Lots of love sir,” along with a red heart emoji.
Ahan’s father, actor Suniel Shetty, who starred in the original film “Border,” also thanked Diljit for being there for his son. He wished Diljit all the best for his future endeavors, stating, “Happy Birthday @diljitdosanjh! May your music keep soaring across skies, touching hearts wherever you go. Directed by Anurag Singh, “Border-2” features an impressive ensemble cast, including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, Medha Rana, Sonam Bajwa, and Anya Singh, among others.
The film is presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series in association with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Films, with contributions from Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta. “Border-2” is set to hit theaters on January 23.
In other news, Diljit surprised his fans on his birthday by announcing a global collaboration with Colombian superstar J. Balvin for the upcoming track “Senorita.” He shared a teaser of the music video on Instagram, captioning it, “Birthday Surprise with The Pride of Colombia Big Brother @jbalvin X 2026 @rajranjodhofficial @mixsingh @sharicsequeira Hello Balvinistas.”
