Rohit Shetty is making a remake of an iconic film with Ranveer Singh

According to the reports Rohit Shetty is working on a script which is in the final stage, and that could be his next comedy film with his favorite Energetic star Ranveer Singh.

Also, reports are saying that it could be the most expensive Bollywood comedy film ever and this will be a remake of 80’s classic film ‘Angoor’ which had directed by Gulzar Saab and Sanjiv Kapoor and Deven Verma were in featured in lead roles.

Also Rohit Shetty film will be the first film for Ranveer singh in a Double role.

However, the title is not final but the film can come to the floor in the 2nd half of 2021.

The premise of this film was stuck in Rohit Shetty’s head a long time ago when he was filming Chennai express, and as the busiest director of the Bollywood he never found time to work on the script, but he utilized the lockdown period and gave the final touch to this script which is now in its final leg, and hopefully, we’ll get soon an official announcement about this one.
