THE WHITE TIGER DIRECTOR RAMIN BAHRANI WILLING TO MAKE ANOTHER MOVIE IN INDIA
The director of The White Tiger, Ramin Bahrani has reportedly said he is willing to make other movies in India. The American-Iranian director has enjoyed while working in India. So, he wants to give it another shot.
About The Movie
The movie The White Tiger is an adaption from the book which is having the same name as the movie. The author of the book is an Indian author, Aravind Adiga. The movie is going to star talented figures from India. The list includes Actress Priyanka Chopra and Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao as well as Adarsh Gourav.
As per the story of the book, the plot will most probably draw similar story-line. The book depicts the journey of a man. It is devoid of any ordinary journey. It basically portrays how he managed to covert his business small village based tea-shop into becoming a big-city based leading entrepreneur.
A few days back, actress Priyanka Chopra shared the first look of the movie. She even added about it, “So proud to present the first look of The White Tiger – directed, written, and produced by Ramin Bahrani, based on The New York Times Bestseller and the 2008 Man Booker Prize-winning novel. This is a story about a family and the plight of one man – Balram Halwai, played by Adarsh Gourav, one of the most talented newcomers I’ve ever worked with, and one of the most remarkable performances I’ve seen in a long time.”

Ramin Bahrani shared a few words from his experience in India. In an interview with IANS, he expressed his views saying, “Working in India was a tremendous experience. Aside from a small handful of people, my entire crew was local. They were talented professionals who were kind, hardworking and creative. They made ‘The White Tiger’ a better film. I can’t wait to come back and make another one.“
The movie, The White Tiger, will release globally on Netflix. However, the release date is yet to be announced officially.
