34 Bollywood Production Houses filed a civil suit against media
There has been a lot of cases from more about five-six months which put a bunch of accusations to Bollywood Production Houses and several well-known actors.
Finally it came to a destination , Monday a lawsuit was filed in the Delhi High Court against ‘irresponsible reporting by certain media houses’, from well know Bollywood Houses. DSK legal filed the suit on behalf of those houses.
Dharma, Red Chillis, Yash Raj, Amir Khan Production including all total of 34 houses is going to a Civil case against – news channel Republic TV, Arnab Goswami and Pradeep Bhandari of Republic TV, the news channel Times Now, Rahul Shivshankar and Navika Kumar of Times Now, and many other media platforms who walked against defamation. They reported very irresponsible pernicious articles or interviews or fake allegations.
This suit includes those personal attacks towards the Bollywood personalities. The Bollywood party threw the provisions of the Programme Code under the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994. It will going to be a tough competition between those parties. The image of many well know faces were devastated for their TRP business, which is unacceptable. Producers Guild of India, Cine & TV Artiste Association, Film and TV Producers Council, and Screenwriters Association are represented by the plaintiffs.
Republic Tv and Arnab Goswami is famous through out the India for their aggressive and desperate nature. It can be Politics, Entertainment, Economy or anything – they put everything in the chart or aggression. They used the term – Filthy, Scum, Criminal, Dirty, Scandal etc. “Cocaine and LSD drenched Bollywood” – was popular talk after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
The suit included some facts about the international widened Bollywood Industry which is one of the great source of employment and that field is accused badly by those media platform. This Bollywood is not only a treasure house for India but it also has a hand for increasing foreign and within country tourism.
This is a correct and prominent decision from Bollywood in the right way, instead of social media publicity they took a big chance with the Indian Constitution and this became their Solo Weapon in this intermediate Media War.
