Judgment the Gender Divide

In a recent conversation, Maanvi raised critical questions about the scrutiny women face for their choices, pointing out the double standards that often go unnoticed. “I feel there is constant judgement around what women do whether they drink or not, smoke or not, or party or not. Nobody seems to judge men for things like peeing on the roads. So why aren’t men being judged in the same way? They should be, right?!” she asserted.

Equality in Judgment

Maanvi expressed her concern over the stark differences in how both genders are perceived. “My issue is with the clear difference in judgement between the two genders. Actually, firstly, let’s get both the genders on an equal level. Before even discussing whether the judgement is right or wrong, we need to ask whether judging anyone is fair in the first place, to be honest,” she concluded.

They’re all such kind souls, and the director is a creative genius who gives me the freedom to explore my craft.”

Addressing the language barrier, Sparsh admitted that while he is still learning Telugu, this challenge has not hindered the storytelling process. “Despite the language challenge (I’m still learning Telugu), we find ways to connect, discuss, and vibe on the nuances of each take. I can’t say much about my role yet, but the journey so far is pure magic,” said the actor.

Recognition in the Industry

Sparsh gained recognition for his role in the television soap opera Balika Vadhu. He has since appeared in the Netflix crime drama series Jamtara – Sabka Number Ayega, the comedy-drama film Laapataa Ladies, and the series Dupahiya.

Speaking about Laapataa Ladies, which also features Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Chhaya Kadam, and Ravi Kishan, he explained that the film tells the story of two young newly-wed brides who get exchanged during a train ride to their husbands’ homes.

The film was screened at the 48th Toronto International Film Festival and was selected as the Indian entry for the Best International Feature Film at the 97th Academy Awards, although it was not nominated.

Filmmaker Gurinder Chadha is on cloud nine as King Charles prepares to watch her movie “Christmas Karma” during his Christmas celebration at Sandringham.

Actor Roshan, who stars alongside Anaswara Rajan in director Pradeep Advaitham’s period drama “Champion,” recently offered prayers at the Sri Bhadrakali temple in Warangal ahead of the film’s release on December 25.

Bollywood veteran singer Sudesh Bhosle recently reminisced about the late actor Satish Shah and shared a nostalgic video clip from a popular show featuring both Satish and Sanjay Dutt.

In the video, Sudesh showcases his talent by mimicking various music legends, including Kishore Kumar and SD Burman. Satish, in his signature comedic style, is seen being pranked by Sudesh and Sanjay during the scene.

Sudesh accompanied the video with a heartfelt note, stating, “Time truly flies. While scrolling through, I found this gem—sharing the screen and voice with my dear friend, the late Satish Shah ji.
