Reality star JoJo Siwa has announced that she will propose to Chris Hughes if he doesn’t ask her to marry him.

The 22-year-old singer met the 32-year-old reality TV star while filming Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year. JoJo revealed her marriage intentions with Chris, especially after he insisted he wouldn’t pop the question at Christmas.

Chris expressed his thoughts in an interview with The Sun’s Fabulous magazine. “You always get people who get engaged at Christmas. I see it on Instagram every year. I like the idea of it not being at a time where it could be expected,” he stated.

JoJo shared a playful exchange with Chris, saying, “When he asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I said ‘a ring’. And he said ‘really?’ I replied ‘a Ring doorbell’. But what if I got him a ring?”

However, Chris was adamant, responding, “You can’t. I don’t think you should propose. I don’t agree. I’ve spoken to people about this before. And I actually said ‘I think if I was proposed to that would make me really uncomfortable’.”

Despite this, JoJo has set a timeline for any potential proposal, giving Chris a seven-year limit before she takes matters into her own hands. “I wouldn’t do it unless you waited seven years. And then I’d be like ‘alright, I’m getting down on one knee then’. If you waited that long, I’d be like ‘ok’,” she said.

To this, Chris replied, “That’s fair. It shouldn’t take you seven years to work out if you want to marry someone. So you can go off that and then that won’t ever happen.”

JoJo playfully warned him, “Just so you know, May 27th 2032, I will be down on one knee. I will not wait one extra day.”

Although the pair were believed to have started dating in June, JoJo confirmed they actually got together secretly the month before.

Hollywood star Cynthia Erivo has described the ‘Wicked’ films as a “cultural movement.” The 38-year-old actress portrays Elphaba in the movie adaptations of the hit musical.

Erivo expressed that the green witch will forever be a part of her. Relating to Elphaba’s experience of being misunderstood, Erivo highlighted her personal growth. She stated, “I think I’ve learned to sort of let that be what it is. I can’t change people’s minds. I’ve had my No Good Deed moments. I have learned that you cannot please everyone. Everyone is not going to understand who you are, and some people won’t want to. That’s okay. I can’t change every single person’s mind in the world, but my job is to keep growing as a human being and being what I perceive to be a good person. That’s all I can do.”

Cynthia also mentioned that filming the song ‘No Good Deed’ was one of the toughest experiences of the production, as she felt completely isolated during that sequence.

The makers of director S K Jeeva’s upcoming crime drama, Kuttram Kadithal 2, featuring producer and actor J S K Sathish Kumar in the lead, recently announced that the shooting for the film has been completed and dubbing has begun.

The video showcased JSK Sathish Kumar, who portrays a retired school teacher, arriving in town by bus. He alights and orders a sherbeth at a roadside shop. As he sips on the cool drink, he witnesses a man being chased and hacked to death.

The film’s plot centers around the government school teacher played by JSK Sathish Kumar. Honoured with the prestigious ‘Best Teacher Award’ by the Central Government, his anticipated peaceful farewell to a successful career takes an unexpected turn, leading him through challenges, revelations, and emotional reckonings. This turbulent phase unfolds into a heartwarming tale of resilience, integrity, and redemption, culminating in a poignant climax.

Alongside JSK Sathish Kumar, the film features Pandiarajan, Appu Kutty, Balaji Murugadoss, Deepak, Paval, Padman, PL Thenappan, Chandini Tamilarasan, Keerthi Chawla, Viji Chandrasekar, Lovelyn, Jovita Livingston, and Roshan.
