The makers of director S K Jeeva’s upcoming crime drama, Kuttram Kadithal 2, featuring producer and actor J S K Sathish Kumar in the lead, recently announced that the shooting for the film has been completed and dubbing has begun.

Sources close to the unit revealed that the team is now entirely focused on post-production, ensuring that every technical and creative aspect is handled with precision. Director Jeeva is personally supervising the dubbing process to maintain the intensity and realism of the performances captured on screen.

Storyline Overview

Kuttram Kadithal 2 is a thriller-drama filmed across various locations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, including Theni and Sirumalai.

Previously, the makers released a glimpse video to give audiences an insight into the film’s plot. The video showcased JSK Sathish Kumar, who portrays a retired school teacher, arriving in town by bus. He alights and orders a sherbeth at a roadside shop. As he sips on the cool drink, he witnesses a man being chased and hacked to death.

The film’s plot centers around the government school teacher played by JSK Sathish Kumar. Honoured with the prestigious ‘Best Teacher Award’ by the Central Government, his anticipated peaceful farewell to a successful career takes an unexpected turn, leading him through challenges, revelations, and emotional reckonings. This turbulent phase unfolds into a heartwarming tale of resilience, integrity, and redemption, culminating in a poignant climax.

Alongside JSK Sathish Kumar, the film features Pandiarajan, Appu Kutty, Balaji Murugadoss, Deepak, Paval, Padman, PL Thenappan, Chandini Tamilarasan, Keerthi Chawla, Viji Chandrasekar, Lovelyn, Jovita Livingston, and Roshan.
