Will Women in blue get into the finals and create a history ?
The first semi-final will be played between India and Australia today and the second semi-final match will be tomorrow. Now the question is, will India’s women team lift the trophy as the men in blue could not do it ?
Taking the form of the women in blue into concern, it seems they are ready for the match but it will be very tough to defeat the team of first place in group A the Australia.
The Aussies are in superb condition as their teamwork is outstanding. Having said that, India too is not far behind. Their bowlers Renuka Thakur and Deepti Sharma are in full control and Vice Capt. Smriti Mandhana is very happy about their form.Tahlia McGrath played exceptionally well in the last game against South Africa with a total of 57 runs in 33 balls with 10 straight fours. Renuka Singh is the first Indian bowler to take 5 wickets in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.It will be an interesting battle between them.
Today we will get our first finalist of the ICC WOMEN’S T20 WORLD CUP of 2023. The match will start live from 6:30 pm in Newlands Cricket Ground.
