A small stall named ‘Baba Ka Dhaba’ in New Delhi is run by two 80-year-olds. The food stall was started in 1988, says Mr. Prakash, co-owner of the stall along with his wife. She proudly shows all the food she cooks herself every day with so much love and affection, like matar paneer, roti, rice, daal, and other Indian staples. When the reporter asked how their earnings have been during this pandemic, they showed a couple of 10-rupee and 20-rupee currency notes with moist eyes.

Thanks to the power of social media, several people have been helping to make this video posted by @youtubeswadofficial on Instagram, go viral. Currently, the Baba Ka Dhaba Video has garnered more than 10 million views. Popular actors like Karan Wahi, Harsh Beniwal, social media influencers like Komal Pandey and Kusha Kapila, and many others have commented on the post and even asked for details to help the elderly couple. Many others like Swarna Bhaskar took to Twitter to show their support towards the food stall serving home-cooked meals.
