Television actress Rytasha Rathore recently took a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reminiscing about her debut television show “Badho Bahu” alongside Prince Narula.
The actress shared a series of images from the sets of the 2016 series on Instagram, featuring a wedding scene with the two actors. She captioned the post, “Throwing it back to my first wedding this shaadi season #BadhoGotLucky.”
“Badho Bahu” starred Rytasha as Komal and Prince as Lakhan, and aired its finale on May 17, 2018. The show has been remade in various languages: Kannada as Brahmagantu, Tamil as Oru Oorla Oru Rajakumari, Malayalam as Swathi Nakshatram Chothi, and Telugu as Gundamma Katha.
The storyline centers on Komal, an overweight girl nicknamed Badho due to her appearance. She often undertakes challenging tasks that require physical strength. Despite her struggles, Komal is depicted as a sweet, loving, and energetic individual with a big heart, always ready to help those around her. A pivotal series of events leads to her marriage with the well-known wrestler, Lucky Singh Ahlawat.
Rytasha is also recognized for her roles in Waack Girls, Dahaad, Masaba Masaba, and Comedy Premium League, among others.
Prince Narula, celebrated for his reality show performances, has also made a mark in fictional serials. He has won several reality TV competitions including MTV Roadies 12, MTV Splitsvilla 8, Bigg Boss 9, and Nach Baliye 9. In “Badho Bahu,” he played the wrestler Lakhan “Lucky” Singh Ahlawat and appeared as Shahnawaz “Shaan” Ali in Naagin 3.
Prince married actress Yuvika Chaudhary on October 12, 2018, after they met on Bigg Boss 9. They got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2018 and are expecting their first child, a baby girl, in October 2024 through IVF.
