Bollywood stars Kriti Sanon and Sidharth Malhotra expressed their profound sorrow following the passing of legendary actor Dharmendra.

Kriti Sanon’s Emotional Tribute

Kriti shared a memorable picture from the movie Teri Baaton Mein Uljha Jiya, stating, “It’s the end of an era! But you’ll stay alive not only in all the incredible work you’ve done Dharam Ji… but also in the warmth and kindness you carried in your aura. Your smile, your warmth, your zest for life and poetry, and the love with which you put a hand on my head and blessed me every time I interacted with you… I’ll carry it in my heart forever. Rest in peace, Legend!!” She included a folding hands emoticon to emphasize her sentiments.

Sidharth Malhotra Pays Respects

Similarly, Sidharth Malhotra took to social media to pay homage to the late superstar. He shared a touching photograph of Dharmendra, writing, “Years of memories and magic, on and off screen… thank you for everything, Dharam sir. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Om Shanti.”

A Final Goodbye

On the afternoon of November 24, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, along with Abhishek Bachchan, Aamir Khan, and Salman Khan, arrived at the Pawan Hans crematorium to offer their last respects to Dharmendra. The actors were seen arriving in their cars amidst a heavy police presence.

Dharmendra’s wife and superstar Hema Malini, along with daughter Esha Deol, were observed joining their hands in gratitude to the paparazzi and fans gathered outside the crematorium. Dharmendra passed away on Monday at the age of 89. Earlier in mid-November, he had been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai but was discharged after showing signs of recovery.

Family Survival

Dharmendra is survived by his first wife, Prakash Kaur, and their four children: Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Ajeta Deol, and Vijayta Deol. He is also survived by his second wife, Hema Malini, and their two daughters, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.
