John Stamos’ Son Uses Dad’s Fame to Charm the Ladies!

Hollywood actor John Stamos has revealed that his seven-year-old son, Billy, is making use of his father’s fame to impress girls.

The 62-year-old actor, recognized for his role as Jesse Katsopolis on the ABC sitcom Full House, later reprised this character in the Netflix series Fuller House. Stamos disclosed that Billy has been name-dropping him at his new school to catch the attention of girls.

The actor shared with E! News, “He said, ‘Dad, we had to write down all our things’. The girl next to him put Fuller House.” Billy quickly informed her, “You know, that’s my dad. My dad’s on that show. And he plays Uncle Jesse.” Stamos commented, “He’s using it with the girls.”

Moreover, he revealed that Billy enjoys using catchphrases from the sitcom to playfully tease him. “He watches Full House, but he watches it to mock me. Because I’ll be like, ‘Go put your Legos away’,” Stamos explained. In response, Billy would quote Michelle Tanner’s (played by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) famous line: “You got it, dude.”

John Stamos humorously added, “He’s pulling catchphrases on me. But mocking. Not like it’s cool or anything.” It appears that Billy is quite the critic of his father.

Recently, Stamos shared how Billy reacted to his rehearsals for his role as Lock in the upcoming Nightmare Before Christmas Concert at the Hollywood Bowl. He recounted, “I’m doing Nightmare Before Christmas at the Hollywood Bowl, and I was just trying to learn lyrics. He says, ‘Dad, put an image with it’.”

Stamos quipped back, “Shut up. We were singing last night in the car, and he said, ‘You’re gonna do a different voice, right? You’re gonna do a higher, kind of more of a charactery voice?’”
