Actress Sonam Bajwa is thrilled about her upcoming movie Border 2 and her collaboration with Punjabi music sensation and actor Diljit Dosanjh for the song ‘Ishq Da Chehra’.

The song features contributions from Sachet-Parampara and is set to be included in Border 2. Sonam expressed her enthusiasm about working with Diljit, saying, “Diljit brings such positive energy and professionalism on set, which makes the whole process enjoyable. Collaborating with him again for Border 2 was truly memorable.”

Reflecting on their partnership, she shared, “Working with him has been such a delight. This was our fifth collaboration, and every time it feels just as exciting and effortless.” The actress reminisced about their first film together, Punjab 1984, stating that the song reminded her of those memories. “It’s beautiful to see fans feeling the same and being even more excited to see us back together,” she added. As per Varun Dhawan, the story of Border 2 is inspired by the 1971 war and certain true events. It is presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series in association with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Films. The film boasts a formidable production team, including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, and is directed by Anurag Singh. Border 2 is slated for release on January 23.
