Singer Armaan Malik and his wife Aashna celebrated their first wedding anniversary by revisiting one of the most intimate moments from their journey together with a heartfelt song titled ‘Ghar’.
The couple, who announced their wedding exactly one year ago, shared that the track was recorded around the same time and holds deep personal significance for them. Armaan took to Instagram to share the making of the song.
He expressed in his caption: “A year ago today, we shared with the world that we got married, and got to freeze that moment in time with a song called ‘Ghar’.”
Armaan added, “It became the song Aashna walked down the aisle to, and it still feels surreal every time we relive it. What made it even more special was singing it together.”
The singer also shared that he has always told his wife she possesses the “most beautiful voice.”
“I’ve always told her she has the most beautiful voice, and she’s always been shy about it, so getting her to step up to the mic took a little bit of convincing. A year later today, we get to share some behind-the-scenes moments from that day. We were both nervous, but once it started, it just felt right. Grateful to @amaal_mallik and @shlokelal for helping us create something so honest and timeless,” he remarked.
Armaan made his Bollywood debut in 2007 as a child singer with the song “Bum Bum Bole” from the film Taare Zameen Par. His first on-screen appearance was in the 2011 film Kaccha Limboo. He is well-known for his melodious numbers such as Bol Do Na Zara, Wajah Tum Ho, Main Hoon Hero Tera, Sab Tera, Kaun Tujhe (Male Version), Khali Khali Dil, and Dil Mein Ho Tum, among others.
Armaan announced his engagement to Aashna in August 2023, and the couple tied the knot in January 2025 in Mahabaleshwar.
