Hrithik Roshan Reflects on 25-Year-Old Underlined Notes, Shares Quiet Family Day in Khandala

Hrithik Roshan recently revisited pages he had underlined nearly 25 years ago, and this time, they resonated differently for him.

The actor shared that what once seemed like an interesting theory has now clicked into place in his mind almost effortlessly.

A Day in Khandala

Taking to Instagram, Hrithik offered a glimpse into a serene day at his Khandala home, posting pictures that showcased moments of relaxation and togetherness with his sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan.

The images captured the actor engrossed in “Flow” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, whose insights on flow have greatly influenced thought in art, sports, and performance. His boys enjoyed some pool time while another frame showed Hrithik working out on the lawn, soaking in the tranquility of his surroundings.

“Re-reading pages I underlined 25 years ago. I think it’s all finally coming together in my head now. What fun. Finding flow states. That’s everything. Thank you Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi for this one #FLOW,” Hrithik wrote, emphasizing that clarity often arrives not through urgency, but through time and lived experience.

Upcoming Projects

On the professional front, Hrithik is set to make his OTT debut as a producer with “Storm.” He is collaborating with Prime Video for this thriller, which is based in Mumbai. Production is expected to begin imminently, according to reports.

“Storm” has been created and directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Ajitpal Singh, known for his work on the series “Tabbar” and the Sundance selection “Fire in the Mountains.”
