Helen Flanagan shares her emotional struggle spending the holidays apart from her kids amid drama with Scott Sinclair.

Reality star Helen Flanagan has opened up about her emotional struggles during this “up and down” festive season, especially as she spends it away from her children amid ongoing tensions with their father, Scott Sinclair.

The 35-year-old former ‘Coronation Street’ star shared her feelings on Instagram, following her public criticism of the ex-footballer’s parenting choices. Recently, she did not hold back, calling Scott a “piece of s**t” for opting to enjoy his time in Abu Dhabi rather than attending their son’s nativity play.

In an effort to shift focus from the drama, Helen posted a picture of herself in a pink halterneck top, reclining on a chair and gazing upwards. In her candid caption, she mentioned, “Been a bit up and down mood wise the past few days. So not really been on my social so thought we could have a catch up.”

She also reminisced with a nostalgic photo from last year’s Christmas celebrations alongside her three children—Matilda, 10, Delilah, seven, and Charlie, four. Helen reflected on her challenges, stating, “I struggled with the kids going for Christmas a few days before they went. I know it’s just a day. They went on the 22nd, and I don’t get them back until I finish panto.”

Referring to the shared photo, she said, “This was last year at my mum’s. Been a bit up and down mood wise the past few days.”

The journey has been difficult for the parents of three, Helen and Scott, who ended their relationship in 2022 after 13 years together. Just last week, Helen openly vented her frustrations, reiterating her feelings towards Scott.
