Television actress Surbhi Chandna added her own special flair to the auspicious occasion of Bhai Dooj by starting a new tradition with her nephew.
The ‘Ishqbaaaz’ star looked stunning in a beautiful yellow ethnic outfit, accessorized with a gold necklace and matching earrings during the celebrations. She styled her hair in a low ponytail and finished her look with a charming silver stud bindi.
Surbhi delighted in spending time with her little nephew, feeding him sweets and showering him with affection. In a video shared on social media, she captured a heartwarming moment where her nephew presented her with a gift, making the day even more memorable.
Expressing her joy at breaking traditions, Surbhi wrote on her official Instagram, “Starting our very Own Tradition Of Celebrating Bhai Dooj With My Nephew Don Idaan…Idu knows how obsessed his Su Maa is with Caps (red heart emoji) so the cutie got me my favourite gift (sic).”
She added, “Idaan Says Su Maa Dressed like a cute Sardarni did some Bhangra with me, we both blew soapy bubbles in the air, fed me Flavoured Kaju Katli and all I did was cry after every Picture (smiling face with horns emoji).”
Earlier, Surbhi mentioned that her husband, Karan Sharma, fasted for her on Karwa Chauth again this year, just as he did the previous year. Sharing snippets from their Karwa Chauth celebration in Alibag on Instagram, Surbhi highlighted how the couple made the most of a scorching day by playing pickleball together.
In her Instagram post, she wrote, “Karan Sharma fasted for his Wife Surbhi Chandna just like last year this year too. With every sip of water we drank, we blessed and thanked each other for the 15 years we invested in this union. Survived a scorching hot day in Alibag on Karwachauth, played pickleball to kill time before the Moon Showed up. (sic)”
