Actor Sunny Deol has expressed his profound love and admiration for his late father, Dharmendra, after viewing the veteran actor’s compelling performance in “Ikkis.”

Cast and Release Date
The upcoming film features Agastya Nanda as Arun Khetarpal, the heroic soldier who was martyred at 21 during the 1971 Battle of Basantar in the Indo-Pak war. “Ikkis” also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Sikander Kher.
Originally slated for a December 2025 release, “Ikkis” will now hit theatres on January 1, 2026.
