It has been three years since Satyadev took on the role of Anjaneyan Pushpakumaran “AP” in the action-adventure drama “Ram Setu,” which featured Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Nushrratt Bharuccha.
Reflecting on His Journey
Looking back at his experience shooting “Ram Setu,” Satyadev described it as “a journey written in faith.” He expressed gratitude on social media, saying, “Some journeys are written in faith. Ram Setu was one of them. 3 years today and still grateful for every frame, every lesson.” He also thanked Akshay Kumar, director Abhishek Sharma, and Vikram Malhotra for being a part of this chapter in his life, adding the hashtags #RamSetu, #3Years, and #jaihanuman.
About the Film
Directed by Abhishek Sharma, “Ram Setu” narrates the story of an archaeologist exploring the nature of Ram Setu. The film was produced by Aruna Bhatia, Vikram Malhotra, Subaskaran, Mahaveer Jain, and Aashish Singh under the banners of Cape of Good Films, Lyca Productions, Abundantia Entertainment, Mahaveer Jain Films, and Zee Studios. The music score was composed by Daniel B. George, with contributions from Ajay-Atul, Vikram Montrose, Ved Sharma, and Dr Zeus for the film’s songs. Aseem Mishra handled the cinematography, while Rameshwar S. Bhagat led the editing department.
“Ram Setu” premiered in theatres on October 25, 2022, coinciding with Diwali.
Upcoming Projects
Next, Satyadev will be seen in “Rao Bahadur.” He revealed that he has pushed himself beyond the limits of body, mind, and soul for this upcoming project. In an emotional social media post, he mentioned, “I’ve always given my everything to bring you the best cinematic experience. With Rao Bahadur, I’ve pushed myself beyond limits body, mind, and soul.
