Bollywood star Raveena Tandon recently took a nostalgic trip down memory lane, sharing her excitement on social media about returning to Ooty after over 25 years.
A Journey Back to the Past
In her heartfelt post, Raveena reflected on revisiting various iconic locations where many of her popular songs were filmed during her reign in the 90s Bollywood era. She expressed how surreal it felt to be back at this breathtaking destination that served as the backdrop for numerous hit tracks.
“Back to Ooty after 25 years or more and totally loving it! Revisited all the locations! Memories, songs, people,” she wrote, sharing a carousel of photos showcasing her joyful moments with her team in Ooty.
Memorable Clips and Songs
Among the videos she posted, one featured a clip from her superhit song from the movie Dilwale, released in 1994, where she starred alongside Bollywood heartthrob Ajay Devgn. Another clip showcased her dancing with Sanjay Dutt in a romantic setting from the song “Kal Maine Khuli Aankh Se Ek Sapna Dekha,” which is from Jeena Marna Tere Sang (1992). Both songs were beautifully filmed amid the lush greenery and picturesque valleys of Ooty.
Raveena’s Legacy and Family
The daughter of director Ravi Tandon, Raveena made her acting debut in the 1991 action film Patthar Ke Phool, which garnered her significant recognition. She became a household name in the 90s, especially through her successful pairing with superstar Govinda. This year, Raveena’s daughter, Rasha Thadani, also stepped into the Bollywood landscape, continuing the family’s legacy.
