Bollywood singer Palak Muchhal is thrilled to welcome Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana as her sister-in-law.
Palak’s excitement is palpable as her brother, Palaash Muchhal, gears up to tie the knot on November 23. She has been sharing numerous photos from the vibrant pre-wedding festivities.
On Saturday, Palak posted pictures featuring herself and her husband, lyricist Mithoon, alongside the bride and groom-to-be. The group looked stunning in various shades of purple, embodying festive elegance.
In one of her posts, Palak joyfully captioned a picture, “Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge…” along with purple heart emoticons. Another picture was captioned with “#SmritiWeds. Palash @mithoon11” Jashne-Bahara! #PalaashWedsSmriti.”
Prior to that, she also shared moments from the Haldi ceremony held on November 21. In a heartfelt image, Palak was seen applying the wedding haldi on Palaash, showcasing an emotional bond. Another snapshot captured her alongside Mithoon, reflecting the joy of the occasion.
Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his heartfelt wishes to the couple through an official letter. The PM’s office conveyed, “It is delightful to learn about the wedding of Smriti and Palaash, which is to be held on November 23, 2025. Heartiest congratulations and greetings to the Mandhana and Muchhal families on this auspicious occasion.”
The letter further articulated hopes for the couple: “Walking hand in hand through every season of life, may they find strength in each other’s presence, and may their hearts, minds, and souls be in harmony. May their dreams intertwine and grow together, guiding them toward a future filled with joy and understanding.”
Additional wishes included, “May Smriti and Palaash build a shared life rooted in trust, standing by each other always, embracing responsibilities with love and growing together through each other’s strengths and imperfections.”
PM Modi wished the couple luck as they embark on their new journey together, poetically stating, “As they start a new, beautiful life together, the grace of Smriti’s cover drive meets the lilting musical symphony of Palaash in a wonderful partnership.”
