Actor Manoj Bajpayee made a special appearance on the reality game show Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, alongside his co-stars from The Family Man 3, Jaideep Ahlawat and Sharib Hashmi.
A Memorable Moment
During the episode, Bajpayee translated a famous dialogue from the legendary Amitabh Bachchan’s film Deewaar into Bhojpuri. He translated it as, “Ae Peter, te ohne khoje hamare ke, hum ae ne baithal bane,” meaning “Peter, you are looking for me there, I am sitting right here.”
Big B added his own flavor to the dialogue, saying, “Ae dekha lalva, jha Khade ho vha tareke se khade raho, ae Police station hain jano, tohre baap ka ghar nahi hain,” which translates to, “Hey kid, stand straight wherever you are standing. This is a police station, not your father’s house.”

Return to The Family Man
Turning to The Family Man 3, Bajpayee described his return as Srikant in the popular series as a “true homecoming.”
