Kriti Sanon Celebrates Sister Nupur’s Birthday with Dance, Love, and Nostalgia to Salman Khan’s Hit Track

Actress Kriti Sanon celebrated her sister Nupur Sanon’s birthday with warmth, music, and plenty of love. The siblings were seen joyfully dancing to Salman Khan’s popular track “Pyar Dilon Ka Mela Hai” from the 2000 film “Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge.”

Nupur took to Instagram to share moments from the birthday party. In one clip, Kriti and Nupur can be seen dancing together to the iconic song sung by Alka Yagnik and Sonu Nigam. A heartwarming photo captured a sweet moment, with Nupur planting a kiss on Kriti’s cheek.

“Had such a warm in-home birthday with the warmest people! Thank you so much everyone for the lovely wishes. I feel more and more grateful every year for the kindness and love I’m surrounded by,” Nupur expressed.

Directed by David Dhawan, “Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge” was one of the top-grossing films of 2000. The movie follows Sapna, raised by her three uncles, each with differing aspirations. She falls in love with Raja, who tries to impress her uncles in unique ways.

Recently, Kriti was seen in “Tere Ishk Mein,” directed by Aanand L. Rai. This film serves as a spiritual sequel to “Raanjhanaa,” featuring Dhanush and Kriti in lead roles. The storyline revolves around Shankar and Mukti, whose relationship evolves as she conducts her PhD research on him. After moving on, Shankar joins the Indian Air Force, and years later, their unresolved past resurfaces when they meet again.

Kriti will next appear in the second installment of “Cocktail,” alongside Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. Directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Maddock Films, the film will explore themes of love and friendship with modern twists. Filming is set across Europe and India, with a planned release in late 2026.
