Kriti Sanon Celebrates 1-Year Anniversary of ‘Do Patti’: “Always Proud of This Film!”

It has been a year since actress Kriti Sanon embarked on her new creative journey as a producer with “Do Patti,” the inaugural project of her production house, Blue Butterfly Films.

Celebrating “Do Patti”

To commemorate the one-year anniversary of “Do Patti,” Kriti shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram. She expressed her joy, writing, “It’s been a year of my first butterfly (butterfly and red heart emoji). A film that I’ll always be proud of… my first production.. (folded hands emoji) @bluebutterflyfilmsofficial Happy 1 year @kanika.d @kathhapictures @beatnikbob5. (sic).”

About the Film

Directed by debutante Shashanka Chaturvedi and penned by Kanika Dhillon, “Do Patti” tells the intriguing story of a police officer who encounters a couple. Here, the wife, who has a jealous twin sister, accuses her husband of attempting to murder her.

This film also features Kriti in her first dual roles as twin sisters Saumya and Shailee. The core cast includes the talented Kajol and marks the Hindi film debut of Shaheer Sheikh, with Tanvi Azmi in a supporting role.

Technical Team

The technical crew for “Do Patti” boasts Mart Ratassepp as the cinematographer, while Naman Arora and Hemal Kothari handle the editing.

What’s Next for Kriti?

Kriti will next appear as the leading lady in the much-anticipated sequel “Cocktail 2.” Recently, she shared photos from the Italy schedule of the film on her Instagram with the caption, “Ciao my Bellas. And just like that we’ve wrapped #TheSicilianChapter of #Cocktail2. Sunshine, rain and ending with a beautiful Rainbow. See you guys super soon (sic).”

In these snaps, Kriti was seen enjoying moments with her team and the film’s director, Homi Adajania.

Moving forward, Kriti will share the screen with Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in her upcoming projects. Additionally, she will feature in “Tere Ishk Mein,” directed by Aanand L. Rai, marking her first pairing with Dhanush.
