Bollywood star Kajol recently celebrated Children’s Day on November 14 by sharing a heartfelt and humorous post on her social media account.
Accompanying the post were pictures with her two children, son Yug and daughter Nysa Devgn. Kajol wrote an adorable caption: “It’s Children’s Day, and today I can say that ‘that is a lot of work’, but when it goes well, it’s the best feeling in the world… Here’s to all kids today and to all those amazing parents who love them… Can we just shrink them after 8pm, pls?”
Kajol, a proud mother, has a daughter, Nysa, who is in her early 20s, and a teenage son, Yug. Recently, in a new episode of “Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle,” a talk show hosted by Kajol and Twinkle Khanna, filmmaker Farah Khan joined them for an open discussion. During this conversation, Farah shared an inspiring story about Kajol’s remarkable commitment, highlighting how the actress returned to work just one month after giving birth.
Farah recalled that Kajol had already welcomed her baby when filming a song for “Kal Ho Naa Ho,” in which she made a cameo appearance. The choreographer explained that she had to create the dance moves with careful consideration, noting, “Kajol had just given birth. And then you only shot like this — I had to give her a step above the tummy. She literally came back to shoot within a month after giving birth. That’s amazing.”
Farah commended Kajol’s dedication, reinforcing how incredible it was for the actress to be back on set so soon after her delivery. Kajol has previously discussed her life’s challenges, revealing that she was pregnant during the filming of “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.” Unfortunately, around the film’s release, she experienced a miscarriage and later endured another, describing that period as one of the most emotionally taxing times of her life.
