Jeetendra Supports Deol Family in Their Time of Grief Over Dharmendra’s Passing

Superstar Dharmendra’s passing has sent shockwaves across the nation, particularly within the Bollywood fraternity. Fans and admirers are left grief-stricken following the loss of their beloved idol on November 24.

In a show of solidarity, nearly the entire Bollywood community, including many prominent figures, visited the Deol residence on November 25 to offer their condolences to the grieving family.

Jeetendra Pays His Respects

Veteran actor Jeetendra, a close friend of Dharmendra for nearly five decades, came to pay his respects. Despite being in his late 80s, Jeetendra was seen walking slowly towards the Deol residence, reflecting the somber mood as he met with his friend’s distressed family.

The two actors have shared screen space in several films such as The Burning Train, Dharam Veer, Dharma Karma, and Kinara.

Support from the Roshan Family

Also visiting the Deol family on that evening were superstar Hrithik Roshan along with his father, Rakesh Roshan. They offered their support during this challenging time. Rakesh had previously worked with Dharmendra in the 1983 film Teesri Aankh, which also featured Shatrughan Sinha. Actor Varun Dhawan was also spotted at the residence, expressing his condolences.

A Legacy Remembered

For those who may not know, Dharmendra was set to celebrate his 90th birthday on December 8 this year, having passed away at the age of 89. He had faced breathing difficulties a few weeks prior and was placed on a ventilator but was later discharged to continue his treatment at home.
