On the work front, Keerthy is set to appear in “Revolver Rita,” a much-anticipated film written and directed by JK. Chandru. The movie also features Radhika Sarathkumar, Redin Kingsley, Mime Gopi, Sendrayan, and Super Subbarayan in supporting roles. Originally slated for release on August 27, 2025, “Revolver Rita” has since been postponed.

Additionally, Keerthy has an untitled film with Vijay Deverakonda lined up, which will be directed by Ravikiran Kola.

Ending months of speculation, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s “Maa Inti Bangaram” finally went on the floor with a mahurat ceremony on Monday.

Maa Inti Bangaram is finally starting this month,” which left movie buffs delighted.

Samantha has also spoken candidly about her journey and the scrutiny she has faced, particularly concerning her personal life, including her separation and health struggles.

On her performance in the popular “Oo Antava” song from Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa: The Rise,” she shared her thoughts: “I did Oo Antava to see if I could. It was a challenge that I gave myself. I never considered myself sexy. No one was ever going to give me a ‘bold role’. It was a one-time thing.”

In a conversation reflecting on the film’s successful release, Ayushmann discussed whether he approaches his roles with a warrior mentality or seeks to indulge in the film’s subject matter. He described his process as a blend of both perspectives. “It’s a mix of both. I’m quite ambitious when it comes to my work. I also want to be consistent in terms of the film’s merit. I’m glad that my success ratio is one of the best in the industry regarding the hit ratio. At the same time, I’m a purist as an artist. It’s a very thin line I’m treading, being a purist yet having a commercial mindset, which is a lot of fun,” he said.

Ayushmann previously mentioned that “Thamma” was “tailor-made” for him, emphasizing that it marked a significant shift from his usual boy-next-door image—where he often portrays relatable characters from the heart of India. The film, which grossed INR 25 crore nett on its opening day, tells an extravagant mythical story revolving around a vampire.

“I really feel that ‘Thamma’ was tailor-made for me because I’ve portrayed realistic, flawed characters. This transition is all the more enjoyable because people have not seen me as someone who is alpha, powerful, or good with action,” he remarked.

Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Maddock Films, “Thamma” was released on 21 October 2025 during the Diwali weekend. The film features Ayushmann Khurrana as a timid journalist who becomes embroiled with a mysterious vampiric being, played by Rashmika Mandanna, set against the mythic backdrop of Betals. While part of the established horror-comedy universe (MHCU), “Thamma” leans more into romance and fantasy rather than straight horror.

Actress Ishita Dixit recently revealed a significant twist in the storyline of “Anupamaa,” announcing that her character, Pari, is no longer welcome in the Kothari house.

Pari’s Heartbreak

Speaking about the new track, Ishita shared, “In the upcoming episodes, Pari returns to the Shah house completely heartbroken after discovering the truth about her husband Raja’s affair with Ishani.”

Ishita elaborated, “Raja tries to make amends by coming to the Shah house with flowers, hoping to console her and win back her heart. However, Pari stands firm and refuses to forgive him so easily. She’s deeply hurt and feels betrayed by someone she trusted the most.”

Unexpected Rejection

The heartbreak doesn’t stop there for Pari. Things take an even more painful turn when Moti Baa declares that Pari is no longer welcome in the Kothari house. This leaves Pari shattered, caught between love, betrayal, and rejection.

The upcoming storyline of “Anupamaa” will showcase an emotionally charged phase in Pari’s journey as she navigates through betrayal and heartbreak, ultimately emerging stronger through her pain.

A Focus on Emotional Strength

Ishita concluded, “The upcoming track will focus on Pari’s emotional turmoil and how she gathers the strength to face this difficult phase of her life with dignity and courage.”

“Anupamaa” is a remake of Star Jalsha’s Bengali series “Sreemoyee.” Rupali Ganguly plays the titular role alongside Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, and Gaurav Khanna. Since October 2024, the series has continued with Ganguly and Adrija Roy, who has replaced Alisha Parveen Khan, along with Shivam Khajuria as second-generation leads.

Earlier, Ishita expressed her fondness for her character, stating, “I adore Pari’s positivity and strong moral compass, inspired by Anupamaa’s guidance. Despite challenges, Pari remains confident and stands up for what’s right. Her body positivity and resilience are traits I love portraying, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring her to life.”

Singer Mohit Chauhan opened up about his soulful experience working on Mixtape Bhakti, describing it as a spiritually uplifting journey.

He shared that this project allowed him to connect deeply with devotion and inner peace through music. T-Series and Bhushan Kumar released the latest edition of Mixtape Bhakti, featuring the enchanting voices of Mohit Chauhan and Neeti Mohan.
