Actress Swara Bhasker, recently featured in the couples’ reality show ‘Dhamaal with Pati Patni aur Panga’, has described her experience as a sign from the universe during her post-partum phase.

On Monday, Swara shared a series of pictures from the show, which concluded its first season on Sunday. The photos capture her with the show’s hosts, Munawar Faruqui and Sonali Bendre, along with her fellow contestants.

In her Instagram post, Swara reflected on her journey throughout the show, writing, “‘Dhamaal with Pati Patni aur Panga’ was my first on-camera work 2.5 years after pregnancy and delivery. To be honest, I agreed to the show primarily because the shoot schedule was manageable, making it an easy step back to work. I approached the show with a lot of scepticism, zero expectations, and no prior knowledge about the co-contestants. Honestly, I was a bit cynical about it all. However, Pati Patni aur Panga turned out to be a blessing I didn’t initially recognize—a truly joyous experience.”

She expressed that throughout the show, she found camaraderie, laughter, affection, and even non-parenting couple time with her husband. Most importantly, she re-discovered her performer’s instinct and the joy of facing the camera again.

Expressing her gratitude, she wrote, “You’ve all given me more joy and purpose than I’ve expressed to you. This show now feels like a sign from the universe for me, especially in my post-partum phase, when I was unsure about returning to work. PPP has illuminated a path for me amidst the new mom blur! About “Jagadhatri”

For those unfamiliar, “Jagadhatri” revolves around a young girl who is invisible within her own home yet transforms into a fearless undercover agent, dedicating her life to fighting crime and reclaiming her identity.

Actor Billy Bob Thornton recently sustained an injury while filming a dramatic dinner scene in season two of ‘Landman,’ specifically in the episode titled ‘Death and a Sunset.’

The 70-year-old actor encountered injuries from “a few pieces of shrapnel” during the shooting of a moment in the Paramount+ drama. In this scene, his character, oil company landman Tommy Norris, faces pasta-filled plates thrown at him by his ex-wife Angela Norris, played by Ali Larter.

Thornton shared with Entertainment Weekly, “When (Angela) twists off, like she did in that scene, she twists off, and it’s not fun having plates thrown at your head. They were either real or they were damn near real, because they were heavy. They felt like plates to me! And I got a few pieces of shrapnel.” He noted that his injuries were “a little bit” serious, mentioning, “Just little nicks here and there.”

In the episode, Angela becomes enraged after Tommy brings up her menstrual cycle and questions her ability to make rational decisions during that time. This prompts her to pull the tablecloth and yank Tommy’s plate of truffle-dusted cacio e pepe towards her. As she begins throwing plates at the wall and shouting at her ex-husband, dinner guests hurriedly exit the chaotic dining room. This explosive moment occurs in front of their children, Cooper, portrayed by Jacob Lofland, and Ainsley, played by Michelle Randolph, along with Tommy’s oil company friends Nathan and Dale.

Filmmaker Boney Kapoor recently paid a visit to the iconic Statue of Unity in Gujarat. He shared a picture from his trip and expressed admiration for the vision of India’s Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

For those unfamiliar, the Statue of Unity is a tribute to the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, and is located near the Narmada River. It was inaugurated to promote tourism in Gujarat and opened to the public in 2018.

Turning to Boney Kapoor’s personal life, the ace filmmaker celebrated his 70th birthday with family and friends away from the hustle and bustle of city life. His actor brothers Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, along with children Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor, took to social media to wish him on this special occasion.
