Recently, Priyanka revealed that taking on the role of producer for “Born Hungry” evoked memories from her own life, which has often been divided between continents.

Speaking about the project, she noted that, as someone who has navigated two cultures, she found connections in Sash’s story about identity across continents. Priyanka related to Sash’s quest to understand his identity while moving through diverse cultural landscapes.

However, the ‘Barfi’ actress acknowledged that Sash’s childhood struggles were much deeper than her own experiences. She remarked, “Definitely. I mean, I didn’t have the struggles that Sash had as a child. That’s incomprehensible to me.”

Actor Adivi Sesh is all set to showcase his dance skills in his upcoming pan-India action-drama romance, Dacoit. Renowned for his preference for intense narratives and action-oriented roles, Sesh expressed that performing a full-fledged dance sequence was something he had never envisioned for himself.

Sesh remarked, “For as long as I can remember, the audience has seen me run, chase, fight, jump – but never dance. I’ve always been drawn to intense stories and action-heavy roles, and honestly, dancing on camera was something I never imagined myself doing.”

The song features Sesh alongside Mrunal Thakur, and the film is directed by Shaneil Deo. It is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-written by Adivi Sesh and Abburi Ravi.

He added, “But Dacoit is a film that pushes me in every way – emotionally, physically, and creatively – and this song is one of the biggest leaps I’ve taken as an actor.”

Sesh explained that during the initial discussions about including a dance number, he anticipated it would be a minor aspect. However, Deo had a grander vision in mind.

“He wanted it to be grand, stylish, and completely unexpected. And Mrunal… she made the whole process so joyful. Her confidence, rhythm, and energy made me feel like it’s going to be so much fun. We’ve created a track that’s fresh, high on energy, and visually stunning.”

He further stated, “I genuinely think fans are going to be shocked – in the best possible way – when they see me dance on the big screen for the first time. This song is special not just because it’s a first for me, but because it captures a different flavour of Dacoit, a side of the film that’s vibrant and romantic amidst all its intensity. I can’t wait for people to see it and, hopefully, dance along.”

Actor Akshay Oberoi has officially confirmed his role in Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film “King,” directed by Siddharth Anand. He describes this opportunity as “a dream come true,” stating that his “checklist” is now complete.

This marks Akshay’s third collaboration with director Siddharth Anand, following their work together in “Fighter” and the OTT series “Flesh.”

Ace filmmaker Wes Anderson is renowned for his aesthetic frames and his knack for capturing beauty and perfect symmetries.

Imagine if a prop went missing from his home. One can easily picture him rallying his entire team. In an unusual turn of events, a beloved prop from Wes Anderson’s 2012 film Moonrise Kingdom has indeed been stolen, as reported by ‘Female First UK.’

The 56-year-old director recently shared that he had kept a portable record player, a notable piece from the film. He realized it was missing while preparing memorabilia for an exhibition in London and is now convinced it has been taken.

According to The Times, Anderson stated, “There is one thing (we couldn’t find). The record player. Somebody did take it. It was in my apartment. I guess it’s a good sign if we can really fret about [just] one missing thing.” When asked if the prop might have been misplaced, he firmly replied, “No, I think it’s stolen.”

Ironically, the record player features in Moonrise Kingdom when the character Susie Bishop, played by Kara Hayward, takes it from her brother without asking. Anderson was gathering items from his film career for an exhibition at The Design Museum in London.

Wes Anderson: The Archives launched on November 21 and will run until July, showcasing over 700 objects that trace his career in the film industry.

A message on the museum’s website explained, “The Design Museum has been granted unprecedented access to Wes Anderson’s personal archives, which the filmmaker has built up over three decades. This is the first time most of these objects will be displayed in Britain. Over 700 objects will bring together the director’s meticulous craft of filmmaking through original storyboards, polaroids, sketches, paintings, handwritten notebooks, puppets, miniature models, dozens of costumes worn by much-loved characters, and more. Alongside finished props and sets, the exhibition will showcase work-in-progress material and maquettes, highlighting the various traditional and hand-made filmmaking techniques that Anderson continues to celebrate, particularly in relation to puppets and stop-motion animation.”

Key highlights of the exhibition include a model of the Grand Budapest Hotel and vending machines from Asteroid City.

The makers of director Jithin K Jose’s Malayalam film ‘Kalamkaval’, featuring Malayalam superstar Mammootty and Vinayakan in lead roles, have officially announced that the film will be released worldwide on December 5 this year.

Prominent figures from Bollywood have been visiting the Deol family at Dharmendra’s residence in Mumbai to offer their condolences. On the evening of November 25, superstar Hrithik Roshan, accompanied by his father Rakesh Roshan, paid their respects to the grieving family. Rakesh Roshan worked alongside Dharmendra in the 1983 film Teesri Aankh, which also featured Shatrughan Sinha.

Earlier that afternoon, superstar Ajay Devgn was also seen at Dharmendra’s house, expressing his sorrow to the family. Other notable personalities who visited include filmmaker Farah Khan, actress Ananya Panday, Kajol, Jackky Bhagnani and his actress wife Rakul Preet Singh, along with filmmakers Abbas-Mustan.
